Reactivate my account

You can reactivate your account at any time and it will be restored to how you left it.

How to reactivate your account

If you disabled your account less than 24 hours ago you can click the link in the confirmation email you received when you disabled your account.

  • Click the reactivation link
  • Log into your account on

To reactivate your account simply follow these steps:

  1. Reactivate your account by clicking this link
  2. Enter the email address you used to log into with
  3. An email will be sent to you with a reactivation link. This link will expire within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to two hours for this email to appear.
  4. On the page you’re directed to log in with your C+D email and password.
  5. If you’ve forgotten your password you can click the forgotten password link.

If you are experiencing trouble such as not receiving the reactivation email or you no longer have access to your old email account, please contact a member of the C+D team who will be happy to help.
